STUDY PLAN FOR EXAMS
-Make tables with the dates of all your assignments and exams, then
build a study plan prioritizing the subjects that you have the most
diculty or that are closer to the deadline.!
MAKE DETAILED SUMMARIES
-Detailed summaries are good study strategy, you can review all the
content and facilitate memorization.!
CHOOSE THE IDEAL ENVIRONMENT
-Choose comfortable and quiet places where you will not be
interrupted, this will increase your degree of concentration.!
LEISURE TIME AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
-It’s no use having a super regulated routine in studies if it makes you
stressed or anxious. Therefore, take breaks and take advantage of the
break to dedicate yourself to practices that give you pleasure.!
DON’T NEGLECT YOUR HEALTH DURING EXAM WEEK
-Take care of food and try to have a good night’s sleep. Both attitudes
increase your desire to study, try to sleep about 8 hours a day.!
In closing, always keep a positive attitude. It’s normal during exam
season to feel pressured.
